Previous to now we had been publishing a monthly newsletter "Training Scene." which served as both a meeting notice and newsletter, has not been done for some time, and is now under review as we explore newer technologies. In the meantime we will begin publishing articles deemed useful to our membership as a part of this website, and providing our meeting notices via email. If you have written an article, or are interested in do so, please contact the GBASTD office at 617-731-2783. Articles should be limited in length to no more than two pages.

Train The Trainer and Other National ASTD Programs
The Greater Boston Chapter will again be proud to sponsor the ASTD national "Training Certificate Program"  on April 7-9, 2008, along with several other national programs in both the Spring and Fall of 2008. See the events page for more information.

Anyone who is interested should notify the Greater Boston Chapter office as the program will be limited to just 30 individuals and we are already aware of at least some who want to attend. Please call the office at 617.731.2783.

Chapter Member Discounts:

Chapter members can receive a $50.00 reduction in the tuition fee for Train the Trainer. Click on the the Train the Trainer webpage link above for details.  REMEMBER THIS IS FOR CHAPTER MEMBERS ONLY. For those who are not members of either National ASTD or the Greater Boston Chapter, join now become eligible for the chapter discount.
